  1. Avalanche Software didn’t develop Just Cause, that was Avalanche Studios, an unrelated studio owned by Square Enix (at the time).

    Avalanche Software had previously developed Cars and prior to that, Disney Infinity which caused quite a bit of speculation as to if they were capable of making a game like Hogwarts Legacy. So I think the assertion that their reputation/history helps the game sales is false.
