You’ll want to keep your gaming experience stable especially when flying with your broom. That’s where the best Hogwarts Legacy graphics settings come in handy.

Hogwarts Legacy Broom Flight: Where to get a broom?

First of all, keep in mind that you won’t get a Hogwarts Legacy broom as soon as you set a foothold in Hogwarts. There are lots of quests and assignments you need to complete before you start flying around with a magical stick.

It is essential to progress throughout the main story to get a broom in the game. And the quest that will grant you this magical object unlocks after you complete Jackdaw’s Rest.

Here’s the quest order before the Hogwarts Legacy broom quest:

  • The Path to Hogwarts
  • Welcome to Hogwarts
  • Charms Class
  • Defence Against the Dark Arts Class
  • Weasley After Class
  • Welcome to Hogsmeade
  • The Locket’s Secret
  • Secrets of the Restricted Section
  • Tomes of the Tribulations
  • Herbology Class
  • Potions Class
  • The Girl from Uagadou
  • Trials of Merlin
  • The Hunt for the Missing Pages
  • Jackdaw’s Rest
  • Flying Class

During the Flying Class quest, you will attend Ms. Kagawa’s lesson and will start flying through circles around Hogwarts. After completing your mission, you can now go to Hogsmeade to buy yourself a broom.

How to buy a broom in Hogwarts Legacy?

After completing the lesson, you need to go to Spintwitch’s Sporting Needs. It is a shop in Hogsmeade that sells various brooms for 600 coins. Note that it is not possible to visit this shop before this quest. That’s why you have to progress through the main story to get yourself a Hogwarts Legacy broom.

If you have already visited Hogsmeade during the previous quests, a Floo Powder there should be activated. Simply open your map and click on the powder to teleport to the magical village. Those who play Hogwarts Legacy on PC can hold TAB and press 3 to mount their brooms.

How to upgrade your broom in Hogwarts Legacy?

To enhance your Hogwarts Legacy broom, you will have to emerge victorious from a few flight races.

After buying a broom from Albie at Spintwiches Sporting Needs, head to the Quidditch Pitch. Then, the game will mark the location of Imelda Reyes, who is the current Quidditch Captain of Hogwarts.

Talk to Reyes and start the Broom Trial to beat her score, which is around 2 minutes. But don’t worry, beating her score shouldn’t be very difficult as the trial is quite simple.
Once you complete the trial, head back to Spintwitches Sporting Needs and talk to shop owner Albie.
Later on, he will send you a message to notify you about the new update.
To upgrade your broom in Hogwarts Legacy, you will have to spend 1000 coin and buy it at the same shop from where you bought the broom.

You can unlock the second upgrade once you buy the first one. In order to unlock the second one, you will have to complete another quest, titled Sweeping the Competition.

Instead of beating the score of a Quidditch Captain, your task is to make a name for yourself in the broom flight leaderboard. Provided that you accomplish this quest as well, head back to Spintwitches Sporting Needsa to buy the second upgrade, which costs 4000 coins.

How to unlock the final broom upgrade in Hogwarts Legacy?

Hogwarts Legacy allows you to buy the third and the final broom upgrade once you successfully get a place on the leaderboard. Keep in mind that this race is a lot longer than the previous ones.

During the race, do not miss catching the bubbles as they increase your speed, resulting in much faster performance. Completing the final quest, titled The Sky is the Limit, will unlock the final broom upgrade. It costs 7,500 coins.

Here’s everything you need to know about the Hogwarts Legacy broom guide. From the first lesson to where to get it, you should have no issues getting your hands on your broom.
